SANUWAVE’S philosophy of Community Involvement.

SANUWAVE recognizes that employee involvement is the single most important component in a community relations program and encourages employees to participate in activities that are responsive to community needs and employee interests.











SANUWAVE is committed in giving back to the community and making a corporate presence. This will give us an opportunity to interact with the local community and support non-profit community based organizations that will give us greater visibility as a corporate leader in the local community.

As we are building a strong employee base and infrastructure that will allow SANUWAVE to grow, it is important that we not only interact in the office, but also enjoy getting to know each other socially, outside of our professional duties

American Diabetes Association

In October 2009 SANUWAVE participated in the ADA walk in Alpharetta.


5K Annual Walk
Held in Alpharetta, GA
Date: October 3, 2009

SANUWAVE employees, friends and family members for the second year in a row Stepped Out on a beautiful Saturday morning to do the 5k walk. We continue to stand behind the American Diabetes Association. Every dollar raised helps the ADA provide education programs in our community, protect the right of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure.









The Charitable Recycling Program


In 2009 our Company participated in the Charitable Recycling Program. This program collects used cell phones. Wonderful benefits come out by participating in this recycling program; The first benefit is that it keeps wireless waste out of our local landfills and many of the phones are donated to shelters for abused adults and children so they may have 911 (emergency only) communications. Charitable Recycling also provides cell phones to medical patients who are awaiting organ transplants. A total of 79 cell phones were shipped in August of 2009. For every phone received by Charitable Recycling, a dollar is donated to the charity designated by the donor company. The charity that will receive a donation check on behalf of SANUWAVE is the American Diabetes Association.

North Fulton Community Charities

We have a partnership with North Fulton Charities. Through the Mary Drake Holiday Program we have sponsored families and senior citizens for the third year in a row. Along with this sponsorship, we hold our annual food drive, and donate Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners during the holiday season.

American Red Cross

We have sponsored annual Blood Drives and continue to encourage our employees to give the gift of life. Employees are also encouraged to donate their time during the blood drive if they are not able to donate blood.www.RedCrossBlood.org
